WHAT YOUR SESSION LOOKS LIKE

With a mix of strength and cardio, you’ll build stamina, enhance endurance, and refine your movement mechanics. V4 is where you’ll embrace progress, gaining the confidence to keep moving forward and challenging yourself.

What to Expect:

  • Balanced sessions with cardio and strength exercises.

  • Workouts up to 20 minutes, focusing on technique and movement efficiency.

  • Introduction to compound strength exercises to build endurance and awareness.

Examples of Exercises:

  • Compound Movements: Deadlifts, Shoulder Press, Bench Press, Front Squat, Back Squat.

  • Strength Work: Pull-Ups, Weighted Lunges, Leg Raises.

  • Cardio Machines: Rowing, Ski, Air Bike.
