This stage focuses on building maximal strength and functional performance. By incorporating advanced techniques and lower rep ranges with heavier loads, you’ll feel stronger, more capable, and ready to push your limits. V6 combines structured strength and endurance workouts to elevate your fitness to new heights.
What to Expect:
Longer work sessions up to 30 minutes, combining strength and endurance.
Advanced strength training with lower rep ranges and higher weights.
Functional movements to develop overall performance and capacity.
