With simple bodyweight movements, guided exercises, and low-pressure workouts, you’ll develop a strong base to build on.
What to Expect:
Short, approachable work sets of up to 10 minutes, with rest in between.
Focus on improving cardiovascular endurance and building muscular awareness.
Supportive coaching and a fun, judgment-free environment to help you succeed.

Bodyweight Movements: Push-ups, Air Squats, Sit-Ups, Static Holds, Lunges.
Strength Movements: Bicep Curls, Dumbbell Rows, Light Resistance Exercises.
Cardio Machines: Rowing, Air Bike, Ski Machine.
Dynamic Movements: Shutter Sprints, Light Jogging.
